TAFE/VET graduates
As a TAFE or VET graduate, you can use your Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) awards of certificate III, certificate IV, diploma or advanced diploma to submit an application to study with ÌÔƬ×ÊÔ´Íø.
We convert your TAFE or VET qualification and results along with your past school results and work experience (if applicable) into a selection rank. It is this selection rank that determines which degrees you may meet the entry requirements for.
Finding the right degree as a TAFE or VET graduate means building on the skills and qualifications you already have. ÌÔƬ×ÊÔ´Íø recognises prior learning, and you may be eligible for credit transfer, which can reduce the time and cost of your degree.
Explore undergraduate degrees aligned with your qualification or career goals, and see how your previous study can help fast‑track your path to university.
Each degree has unique entry requirements and supporting documentation, therefore it is important you read the entry requirements for each degree.
Auditions and interviews
Some degrees have additional entry requirements such as auditions and interviews in addition to your QTAC application.
Recognition of prior learning (RPL)
If you have prior work or other life experience or have studied previously, you may be eligible for recognition of prior learning (RPL) for credit. Credit can help reduce your tuition fees, study load and the time it takes to complete your degree.
Supporting documentation
The entry requirements for your degree will give you an idea of the documentation to provide. These documents help us to verify that you meet the entry requirements. Take a look at to ensure you’re ticking all the boxes.
