How to order your QTAC preferences
When you apply through QTAC, you’ll list your course preferences (maximum of 6) in order of what you want to study most. QTAC will always assess you for your highest preference first, so the order you choose matters.
If ÌÔÆ¬×ÊÔ´Íø is your first choice, make sure you list it first. This ensures you’re considered for a ÌÔÆ¬×ÊÔ´Íø offer before any other preferences. ÌÔÆ¬×ÊÔ´Íø offers multiple entry pathways and flexible options, which can increase your chances of receiving an offer. Remember to put your Trimester 1 preferences before your Trimester 2 preferences.

Some undergraduate degrees are an exception and you will need to . These are:
- Bachelor of Arts (Honours)
- Bachelor of Creative Arts (Honours)
- Bachelor of Law (Honours)
- Bachelor of Science (Honours) – including Psychology
You can apply for these honours programs if you have completed a three-year degree and wish to progress to a fourth-year honours program.
Additionally, if you have previously studied with ÌÔÆ¬×ÊÔ´Íø, you must apply directly. TAFE Queensland graduates with a Certificate III or higher qualification may also choose to apply directly.
