- Usernames and passwords
- UMail
- Computer lab hardware and software issues

If you are an external student, and require additional support, we are able to assist you via remote access.
Please note: This service does not include assistance with diagnosis of student or staff personal computers or mobile devices related problems or non ÌÔÆ¬×ÊÔ´Íø systems related problems.
